Went on a helicopter glacier tour and walk through a sister company of TEMSCO (where I work) called North Star. They fly you up to the glacier and then you hike around and do some ice climbing. Pretty amazing. Tourists pay $499 a pop to do this tour. We got to go for freeeee.
On my day off I finally got to go on a nice afternoon hike up Mount Roberts. Most tourists make it to the top of this mountain by way of the tram. I wanted to hike up it.
Note to self: hiking in Alaska is a little different than the tropics
