The End of Winter

This weekend marks the end of winter (for me).
My bike is clean with working brakes.
My room has been vacuumed and sheets washed.
School has now moved to the back of my mind,
while biking and playing outside has moved to the front.
I am ready for warm breezes, beaches, and leaves.

Madison, WI: Kill the Bill

Bussed down to Madison, WI at 8am Saturday and left at 6am Sunday to head back to Minneapolis. I went to support my mother, a K-5 Kindergarten teacher in a Milwaukee Public School. This is what I saw.
